Thyroxine molecule is nonpolar hormone produced by thyroid.

An example for a hormone produced by a healthy thyroid is thyroxine. Thyroxine helps in regulating the rate of metabolism and in maintenance of the bones.
Thyroxine is a hormone and is secreted directly to the blood to reach the target organs.
