This will give my future students a better understanding that Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people were the first custodians of our Australian land and of their origins. The textbook Leadership lists the five major leadership traits as intelligence, self-confidence, determination, integrity, and sociability (Northouse, 2016, p.23) It is the author’s belief that the leader possesses each one of these traits and uses them well when needed. “Leaders with the best results do not rely on only one leadership style; they use many or most of them in a given week – seamlessly and in a different measure – depending on the business situation” (Goleman, 2011, p.41). The leader was the author’s direct supervisor for many years. The author will explain how the leader used various types of leadership styles and traits during the time while their department went through many restructuring changes and tough situations.

BBCIs are currently limited by high power consumption and low data rates [5]: typical BBCI
