Binary Principle:
- Binary principle refers to those things which can be thought of as existing in any one of the two states.
- These states are logic 1 and logic 0.
- Basically, logic 1 can also be represented as “ON” or “True” or “YES”.
- Similarly, logic 0 can also be represented as “OFF” or “False” or “NO”.
- The key to the speed and accuracy with which information can be processed is that there are only two states, each of which is distinctly different.
- Therefore, for any combination of input, the output will be either logic 1 or logic 0.
