This improves the quality of my work which in turn proves that I am capable of further responsibility. More experience and responsibility could be useful in gaining future job roles.

The purpose of feedback is to let me know what I am doing is correct or indeed incorrect as the case may be sometimes. It’s as useful to know you are doing things well and in the fashion expected as well as the areas that require amendment or improvement.

1.7 Describe possible development opportunities.
After completing my level 3 in Business and Administration I can possibly look for an internal move within CitySprint or externally at jobs in various sectors where they need administrators, ultimately a move to a new job, where I can best use my skills, talents and capabilities.
So by developing my skills I can look at possible interesting careers and sectors that I might be interested in and develop my opportunities in securing a new position.
1.8 Justify the value of developing a learning plan.
A learning plan is a way for me to set individual targets and record achievements. It helps me to keep on the path towards where I want to be in my life and my career.
The reason for making a plan is to help me to be further in charge of of my future, by reminding me what I have learned and achieved. Creating my plan will help me develop more confidence in my ability to tackle new things.

* Seeking feedback is important because it gives a worker some idea of how they are working - what they are doing well and what could be improved.
Feedback both positive and negative is important for personal development as it helps us to become more aware of what we do and how we do it. Both in good and bad ways, this feedback can then be used to self-develop and improve our practice.
The purpose of continuously improving your own performance is business is to help improve the overall performance of the business. This will also improve your own job satisfaction and overall employability.
Work experience will enhance the way you communicate, team building skills, awareness about the industry, better leadership ability and lot more. Because enough amount exposure to work life will build and improve soft skill ability.
If the feedback is questionable then it becomes useless because it is not trusted. Positive and negative feedback will be more readily accepted if it is kept even, if it is more of one then it may not be received well by the learner for reasons that become obvious within the learner’s behavior or work.
There are many ways in which continuously improving your own performance within a business environment can be beneficial for both yourself, on a personal note, and also for the business that you are working for. On a personal level, there are reasons such as a possible increase of income if you get recognised and get promoted as a result of this, you will be able to meet and exceed any personal goals that you may have and also one of the main benefits of continuously improving your own performance is that
Continual Self-Development is the approach where an individual takes prime responsibility and ownership for their own learning and development. This approach requires motivation and commitment in order to exploit learning opportunities and minimise the impact of weakness. A continuing self-development should be undertaken in partnership with the organisation and self-development should enhance the role held within the organisation. There are many benefits to be derived from continual self-development: improve performance and self-confidence; identify and develop specific skills and qualities; increase learning capacity; help achieve potential.
Feedback is important as it sets up targets; the person knows what to improve. It motivates people and helps them to focus. It helps identifying the strengths and weaknesses. It expresses what is important to the organisation and the job and reduces uncertainties in people.

It allows candidates to figure out if they’re suitable for the requirements which the organisation is looking for, this can normally save time if the candidate believes the job role is not suitable for them.
Planning is an important action that that everyone who has goals should do, because planning will help people reach goals if they properly prepare to reach their goals. For example, when I was in high school one of my goals was to go to college, so I started planning the steps I needed to take to get to where I wanted to be. I started planning the things I needed to do such as get good grades, volunteer, apply for scholarships, and attend college. Because I already had a plan in mind and knew the steps I needed to take, it was easy to meet my goal, but if I had not planned for my future, then most likely

The purpose of planning work and being accountable to other for own work is so you can be organised over the period of time the work task will take you. Planning work enables you to be ready for any other emergencies that you may be faced with. You will also be able to set priorities and your work will be more efficient. By taking responsibility for the work being produced, it will give a positive image of you to others and they will be able to trust you with other tasks as they will view you as more professional and trustworthy to take on the task.
Planning provides a sense of direction to the organisation, reducing unnecessary activities and makes the tasks more meaningful.
