This Plan of action is ambiguous and confusing. From the oral statements that were made from you I believe you wish for me to write a 1500 word essay on the (Importance of Accountability in the army) i.e.: appropriate place of duty, proper place and proper time. I Pride myself on being a soldier that is accountable for his actions at all times. being at the right place at the right time is the first and often times the most fundamental action a Soldier will partake in, when performing his everyday as well as war time duties. A soldier cannot exceed in the United States army if he or she is constantly late and at the wrong place. A soldier who truly wants to succeed in the military must go out of his or her way to stay squared away on his or her place of duty. This concept goes for any person in any career. This is the most simple and most important aspect of being a soldier. If a soldier goes above and beyond in just about everything he or she does but is not on time and punctual than or she has failed at carrying out his or her orders. 3. PUNCTUALITY: Scheduling the work day is one of the most important duties any leader in the Army or the Armed Forces for that matter, tackle each and every day. Being at the right place at the right time for any member of the Armed forces is extremely essential to the defense of the entire United States of America. It's because of this that being on time is remarkably important. Dependability, accountability, consistency and discipline are all crucially related to being on time. Furthermore, promptness also shows that the individual Soldier aims high and has their priorities straight.
