Question
Chapter 24.9, Problem 1QC
Summary Introduction
To review:
The three tissue layers of the organs of the urinary tract.
Introduction:
Urine is formed by kidneys through the process of glomerular filtration, tubular reabsorption, and secretion. The urine formed in the collecting duct drains from papillary ducts to minor calyces, and then moves to major calyces. Finally, it enters the renal pelvis of the kidney and gets drained into the organs of the urinary tract.
