Summary Introduction
Humans and the microbiome present in them share a close association with each other because the microbes living inside the human body are responsible to contribute both for the health and disease of that individual. It is difficult to study the relationship between human microbiome and its effects on health because of the complications surrounding sampling, uncertainty about the contribution of the host’s genetic background, and the limitations of controlling diet and other lifestyle factors.
