Introduction:

Dobzhansky-Muller model is a two-locus version model which studies the changes between the two lineages are from the same ancestor population, which gets divided from each other and evolve on their own. The new allele that generates, it becomes fixed in each descendent but the locus of the two alleles becomes different.
