Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) is a resistant strain of Staphylococcus aureus. Methicillin is similar to penicillin. It acts on Staphylococcus aureus those results in the lethality of bacteria. Due to mutation, the bacterium Staphylococcus aureus became resistant toward the antibiotics.
