Patient Charges
Write a class named Patient that has attributes for the following data:
■ First name, middle name, and last name
■ Address, city, state, and ZIP code
■ Phone number
■ Name and phone number of emergency contact
The Patient class’s _ _ init_ _ method should accept an argument for each attribute. The Patient class should also have accessor and mutator methods for each attribute.
Next, write a class named Procedure that represents a medical procedure that has been performed on a patient. The Procedure class should have attributes for the following data:
■ Name of the procedure
■ Date of the procedure
■ Name of the practitioner who performed the procedure
■ Charges for the procedure
The Procedure class’s _ _ init _ _ method should accept an argument for each attribute. The Procedure class should also have accessor and mutator methods for each attribute.
Next, write a
The program should display the patient’s information, information about all three of the procedures, and the total charges of the three procedures.

- Complete the code for the Student class method called void loadStudent(...) that receives a single string parameter. This string parameter will contain student details in the following format: ’Name’,’Surname’,’Email’,’Age’,’Student Number’ Write the code to separate the string and assign the correct values to the Student class members. Create an overloaded > (greater than) operator in the Student class. The operator will compare the age of two student objects and return the object with the greater age. In main.cpp create a non member function named isFemale. This function will receive as parameter a pointer to a student object. If the last two numbers of the student number is valid numbers (Must be between 0 and 9) the function will return true. Otherwise the function will return false. Overload the default constructor for Student to receive a single string parameter. This string parameter will contain student details in the following format:…arrow_forward(Rational Class) Create a class called Rational for performing arithmetic with fractions.Write a program to test your class. Use integer variables to represent the private data of the class—the numerator and the denominator. Provide a constructor that enables an object of this class to beinitialized when it’s declared. The constructor should contain default values in case no initializersare provided and should store the fraction in reduced form. For example, the fractionwould be stored in the object as 1 in the numerator and 2 in the denominator. Provide publicmember functions that perform each of the following tasks:a) Adding two Rational numbers. The result should be stored in reduced form.b) Subtracting two Rational numbers. The result should be stored in reduced form.c) Multiplying two Rational numbers. The result should be stored in reduced form.d) Dividing two Rational numbers. The result should be stored in reduced form.e) Printing Rational numbers in the form a/b, where a is…arrow_forwardPersonal Information ProgramDevelop a program, in which you’ll design a class that holds the following personal data: name, address, age, and phone number. As part of the program, you’ll then create appropriate accessor and mutator methods. Also, set up three instances of the class. One instance should hold your information, and the other two should hold your friends’ or family members’ information.Input: data for the following attributes of 3 instances of the Personal Information Class: name, address, age, and phone number NOTE: The input data do not need to be real data; they need to be entered at the keyboard, when program is run.Processing: Develop the following: Personal Information Class A program that creates three instances of the above class Output:Set up a loop and display data within each object: name, address, age, and phone numberarrow_forward
- T/F A method defined in a class can access the class' instance data without needing to pass them as parameters or declare them as local variables.arrow_forwardinventory.py templete #========The beginning of the class ========== classShoe: def__init__(self,country,code,product,cost,quantity): pass ''' In this function, you must initialise the following attributes: ● country, ● code, ● product, ● cost, and ● quantity. Include get and set methods for both these attributes. The set method for the rate is abstract. The setAddress method must prompt the user to enter the subscriber’s address through the use of a dialog box. Create a constructor for the base class. Create a toString() method that concaternates and returns the subscriber’s street address and rate for display. Create 3 child classes named SevenDaySubscriber, Weekday Subscriber, and Weekend Subscriber. Each child class has an additional attribute called subType, which is a String, that will store the type of newspaper subscription. Create a setType method that will set the type of subscriber as follows: “Seven Day”, “Weekday”, or“Weekend”. Create a setRate method for each child class that sets the rate as follows: a SevenDaysubscriber pays R18.00 per week for his newspapers, a…arrow_forward
- Problem: Employee and ProductionWorker Classes Write a python class named ProductionWorker that is a subclass of the Employee class. The ProductionWorker class should keep data attributes for the following information: • Shift number (an integer, such as 1, 2, or 3)• Hourly pay rateThe workday is divided into two shifts: day and night. The shift attribute will hold an integer value representing the shift that the employee works. The day shift is shift 1 and the night shift is shift 2. Write the appropriate accessor and mutator methods for this class. Once you have written the class, write a program that creates an object of the ProductionWorker class, and prompts the user to enter data for each of the object’s data attributes. Store the data in the object, then use the object’s accessor methods to retrieve it and display it on the screen Note: The program should be written in python.
