Introduction:
Health is a gift. It is in an individual’s hand whether he wants to maintain or deplete it. When the individual makes good choices, he can live a long and healthy life. The ability of an individual to come up successfully in up and down of life adapting changes is the key for complete health. However, wellness seems similar to health it is not.
Wellness is to recognize different levels of health. On failing to reach the level one may slip to disability, premature death, and illness.
