Every setting should have established rules and boundaries for children’s and young people’s behavior. It is important when in a school setting that all staff consistently and fairly apply rules and boundaries for children and refer to the policies and procedures that are put into place. It is important that these rules and boundaries are followed from a young age and that the rules should be age appropriate.

The reason it is important to follow directions is because for instance, if you walk across the street. If there’s no speed limit, red lights, stop signs, or anything, you would be seriously injured. Another reason following rules is important is because if there was a man to have a weapon to put everyone lives in danger. If the kid was to not pay attention to any of the drills given, he would be harmed or even kidnapped. For example, that’s what Mrs. Golden is always telling middle school students because we don’t follow directions, one day it will really happen and all of our lives will be put in danger.

In my opinion, it is important to have students help create the rules as a class at the beginning of the year, to provide them with the leadership and have a clear understanding of what is expected of them. Brackman's syllabus is Attendance, Make Up Work and Late Work policy. By district, we are required to be at school every day if not student would be missing a vast deal of school days therefore, not getting the right education needed. Although, if for any reason we need to miss a day we are to come in the morning after the excused absence to pick up any missing assignment. ALike, our grading, policy we are responsible for checking HAC weekly to assemble that everything is in order including missing assignments. For example the syllabus states we are responsible to turn in all assignments. It is also considered stealing, and cheating. This would be breaking the Ten Commandments, as a Christian, and would be seen as a sin. In the end, plagiarism prevents you from learning and growing as a person and you will not benefit from it in a positively.
