My goal for this project was to strictly reduce the number of soft drinks I was in-taking. I chose this as my goal because I considered myself to drink too many sodas, even my family members pointed it out. My target behavior was to reduce the consumption of soft drinks each week. I was going to change my diet and I needed the support of my friends and family to successfully reach my goal. I told my friends and family about the upcoming project and asked for their help. My friends and family were very supportive of me during the period of this project. Every time we went out to eat they always reminded me that I set a goal to stop drinking soft drinks. Even if I was just at home and opened the fridge, my siblings or parents would jump right on me about drinking sodas. The biggest suggestion they gave me was that every time I craved soda, to choose an alternative. Through my journey in accomplishing this goal, I expected many changes. The way I felt about my body changed, I experienced less gas, burping, and lost weight.

This is my last project for FST 220: 3D Computer Graphics. I made a Toy monkey based off of the one in Toy Story 3. This project involved the use of box modeling and texturing. I started with a cube and formed the torso until it matched with the reference pictures. After I made the torso, I extruded faces to make the arms and legs. For the fingers and toes, I used the Insert Edge Loop tool to make more faces and extruded them individually. The head was extruded and vertices moved to make the shape of the head and ears. The eyes and cymbals were modeled separately. For the textures, I applied a cloth material on the torso of the body as well as the pants. The arms, head, and feet have a noise material on them, while the face is a standard Blinn material. Part of the assignment was to make a scene with your project with a background and other objects in the scene. I decided to make a scene where the toy monkey is placed with other toys.

Gareth had a medical review with Dr. Mazzin at Brondesbury Road. He was asked about everything about his life. How he spends his time whether sleeps well and his appetite, and also his personal care. Gareth replied he is fine and had no concern. I also illuminated in the meeting that Gareth has not been attending his personal care and staff have found difficult to prompt him when it comes to his personal hygiene. As the budget is limited and the number of projects in question is multiple, only the best projects which promise the maximum growth for the company can be selected. As the CIO of the firm, my job is to keep the functional manager’s happy and motivated at all times. At the same time I cannot create a void between the sponsors and myself. This type of situation creates a dilemma and needs to be dealt tactfully.

Skipping the process of defining goals to discover your project management deliverables can result in project chaos or failure. (Scheid, 2010) With all this in mind, the deliverables for the torch relay project are shown in Table 1.

My NEO IPIP scores currently reveal multiple strengths and weaknesses. As stated above, extraversion, agreeableness and conscientiousness are strongly correlated with success in business. As seen in table 1, I scored well above average for both agreeableness and conscientiousness both which are considered strengths and are both justified with my own personal business experience. However I scored below average for extraversion. As I plan to use my accounting degree to start up my own business, this is something I need to strongly improve on as this heavily relates to having strong leadership skills (Judge et al., 2002). Therefore this will be my personal goal, I plan to achieve this, using SMART criteria.

The capstone project was not implemented this semester due to the timing of clinical rotations, however, the project was presented to the clinical coordinator for the WKU BSN program.
