   NOUN:CRY &c. v.; voice (human) [See Voice]; view halloo, yoicks [both hunting]; hubbub; bark (animal) [See Ululation].
  OUTCRY, vociferation, hullabaloo, chorus, clamor or clamour, hue and cry, plaint; lungs; Stentor, stentor.
   VERB:CRY, roar, shout, bawl, brawl, halloo, halloa, yo-ho, yoick, whoop or hoop [rare], yell, bellow, howl, scream, screech, screak, shriek, shrill, squeak, squeal, squall, whine, pule, pipe, yap, yaup or yawp.
  CHEER, huzza, hurrah; hoot.
  MOAN, grumble, groan.
  SNORT, snore; grunt (animal sounds) [See Ululation].
