Resemblance
I
To your fairy queenlike face,
No sign in all my body
Of any of your grace.
As well have been a son,
As to grow up your daughter
And look like anyone.
A small mark darkened you,
And over my heart’s beating
I have the same scar too.
Whereby it shall be known
That you have shaped and borne me
And stamped me as your own!
