We will lease shipping containers out to independent food and beverage franchises and local businesses. This will be located north of the beach (see Site Map in Appendix 3). This experience will involve the community in a festive and culturally enlightening way.
Located south east of the beach we intend to have an assortment of markets with a variety of stalls such as face painting, kids clothing shops, smiggle store and balloon stall for kids to make animals out of balloons.
Visually this creates a positive atmosphere for all to enjoy through various experiences created. The success of Eat Street Markets is a result in this decision.

It evaluates the proximity of vulnerable populations, adjacent physical activity opportunities and proximity to large sources of air pollution. The construction of a building may lead to an addition of several unwanted and harmful emissions into the ecosystem. Social media works both ways, our customers can contact us on social media such as facebook to find out where we might be over a weekend. This will help us reach the goals of repeat business in the Portland/Vancouver area. We are hoping by the use of social media, using farm fresh produce for our food and keeping our prices at a reasonable rate that our customers will come back to us time and time again to enjoy delicious, healthy, and freshly made vegetarian and vegan food that customers will enjoy and seek out at local events in the area.
