EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This report was commissioned by the committee of the North West Trust for the Protection of Wildlife to analyses the financial statements of two project proposals for the Trust.
The First statement is a projection profit statement for running a quad bike activity center by Winston Barkwith.
The Second and Third statement are a comparison of Johnathan's and Ingrid's proposal without or with Local Authority funding.
Findings:
Winston's proposal does not appear to be in the best interests of the Trust in relation to its three main aims.
Questions remain to be answered about the source of Revenue for Winston's proposal.
Johnathan and Ingrid's proposal with the prospect of Local Authority funding and is deeply in the

There is no mention of where Winston's set up costs come from - we are not told if they are financed or paid for and will the trust be expected to fund these?
The Surplus money from Winston's project is going to him it is not being re-invested in the Trust.
NON-FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS
Winston's proposal does not fit in with the three aims of the trust:
The natural habitat of the Kites and other wildlife maybe destroyed as a new track will be built and existing trees will be cut down.
The petrol pollution from the Quads may kill the small rodents which is the main food source for red kites.
The local residents and community will not benefit from the local countryside. Health and safety laws would have to be considered if it was to remain open to the public.
Winston's proposal does not facilitate the education of the regions young people.
The local residents and community may be unhappy if they hear what they have lost through Winston's proposal. They may even protest against the felling of trees and new tracks been made.
It could attract a lot of unwanted attention for Winston from the media. Eco warriors could take up residence in the woodland. Winston's Rich clients may not like the unwanted attention and they
Unfortunately, this impact cannot be managed very effectively or else it means reducing the number of visitors, therefore, decreasing the park’s popularity.
The proposed building of 44 houses on the grassland in front of the Peter Mural reserve raises many geographically significant questions such as traffic control, impact on wildlife and endangered plants, bushfire risk and population growth of Huntingfield. I have decided to use traffic as an argument because of the dangers and inconvenience it will bring,
Garcia claims this current system is unsustainable, and requires City Hall, legislators, employees, and taxpayers to form a partnership. “Two things appeal to the voters: I know how to protect the community and I know how to save people money.”
The investment requested is £12 million. Strategic and operating benefits were summarized in our previous memo to you. We have made, however, some changes to our investment analyses, which appear below.
1. What is the analogous for-profit statement called? What are the main sections of the statement of operations?
They could have also done it to benefit themselves by deciding to make a whole park designed in a way that they would be able to make money from. How would developing

Many private agents, according to these studies, have no interest in maintaining the forest’s beauty and biodiversity, as services provided by forests are benefits that cannot be priced, so are not profit-making.
First off, The world is already going down hill at a growing rate. We pollute, litter, kill off trees, and build wherever we feel just because we want more factories, buildings, workshops, stores and houses. Certain animals have gone extinct, due to our greedy needs for money. If Trump goes through with the plan then we might as well say bye to most animals and here is why: Trees will be cut down (not like we haven’t cut down so many already!) forcing animals to live else where. It is proven that trees clean our air, so why cut more and more down? With less trees and more mining, oil spills and factories, we’ll soon be like china wearing mask to just step outside and floating dead fish with no fresh water.
Of particular significance is the number of opposing submissions that were submitted which the Council and its reporting planner noted were a total of 101 submissions out of 151 valid submissions submitted . Arguably this is a significant number of submissions indicating high levels of concerns the community has in regards to this Proposal, and although the community may not be experts on this matter they are however, are the ones living and breathing in the Bay of Plenty. As such their evidence deserves appropriate weight.
However, there were many that were opposed to the plan. In general, foreign imports coming in such great quantities could undermine British industry. More specifically, the site itself was questioned. Though the park offered enough space, the British were very protective of their parks “The Parks committee thought that the fair would lower property values of the highest portion of town, as well as permanently “disfigure” the natural area”. The World Wide Fund for nature, better known as the World Wildlife Fund in Canada, can be considered one of the most popular and reputable organizations that deal with the conservation of nature. Established in 1961 in Sweden, its purpose has been the same since the beginning. This purpose, as cited on WWF's Canadian website˚, is "to conserve nature and reduce the most pressing threats to the diversity of life on Earth." Their website will be inspected to affirm whether or not this organization and its website, encompasses three main aspects. These aspects include authority, accuracy and completion, and technicalities. The information provided on the website will be analyzed using criteria which consists of a series of questions for
These pigeons or rats which are seen as pests squatting our territory, should have the right to live among humans and be considered as “Denizens” with rights such as secure residency, (Donalson and Kymlicka, 2011). However this territorial issue does not only include urban areas and animals. What about the flora? By recognizing the intrinsic rights of all beings, humanity would challenge its entire traditional geographical perception of the world. Even if humans do not directly inhabit some places, society still has a huge impact on them through pollution or deforestation or by simply using natural materials to build their own places. These “shadow places” (Plumwood, 2008) society uses are the natural habitats of many species that have the intrinsic right to live there. By recognizing the sovereignty of wild animals in their habitats as well as respecting wildlife, its flora and fauna in all places, society would have to turn into an much more eco-conscious community. In my opinion, based on Val Plumwood’s text “Has democracy failed ecology?” (1996), becoming an eco-conscious community, respecting the intrinsic rights of all living beings, even the ones society used to consider as inferior, would have a huge impact on capitalism and liberalism. Indeed, liberalism based on the interested of “privileged citizens” and on the “persistence of radical inequality and oppression” of marginalized groups, would not function anymore. Consequently, a real democracy – and not the liberal democracy Plumwood describes in her text – could flourish from the recognition of all living beings’ natural innate rights, following David Gulpilil’s idea that “We are brothers and sisters of the world. Doesn’t matter if you’re bird, snake, fish, kangaroo: One Red
While many residents are in support of the formation of the park, there are many people on the other side. Just ask Bill Theriault. He is worried that if Weston puts money to this dog park it will take money away for many
The long term effects of this issue could be devastating if precautions are not taken. Small rodents are known to find shelter at the base of the large wind turbines, luring different bird species to wind farms causing a higher death rate for the birds. The wind farms are also unfortunately located in the migration
