Question

Ladder logic program. Please answer you've done these problems before.

Problems Scenario:
Various arithmetic instructions are used as part of an industrial oven temperature
control program.
Write ladder logic program, that will
1) Accept an input from a temperature sensor in Celsius (you can mimic this
with a simple switch).
2) Use appropriate arithmetic conversion block to convert the temperature in
Celsius to Fahrenheit. (You can use single block or multiple blocks based
on your logic)
3) While the temperate is less than 200°F, a red pilot should be ON indicating
that oven is pre-heating. The heater should also be started at this point.
4) Once the temperate is greater than or equal to 200°F the green light is ON
indicating oven is ready. The heater should be still on.
5) If the temperature is above 300°F, have an alarm start beeping and the heater
should be off.
