Two questions in one, see pictures below  The assembly shown below with M8x1.25 bolt/nut is subjected to an oscillating force F that changes between 0 and Fmax. Obtain the Fmax (in kN) with a saftey factor of 3, such that the amplitude of the alternating stress on the threaded section of the bolt does not exceed 47 MPa. Assume that the bolt and nut were preloaded sufficiently. The stiffness of the clamped material is evaluated as 1,001 MN/m and the stiffness of the bolt is calculated as 343 MN/m.

The assembly shown below with M8x1.25 bolt/nut is subjected to an oscillating force F that changes between 0 and Fmax.

In a similar assembly, a rubber washer of inner diameter of 8.9 mm, outer diameter of 17 mm and
thickness of 2.1 mm is added between the frames. Considering a modulus of elasticity of 92
MPa for the rubber, assuming frames as rigid and the bolt with stiffness of 346 MN/m, calculate
the change of force applied on the bolt (in kN) when the frames are pulled apart by a force of
15kN applied to the hooks.
A preload was applied to compress the rubber by 5 MPa.
