Expert Solution
Step 1

Conformational isomers are those isomers which are formed by the free rotation around Carbon Carbon single bond. Due to the free rotation in 3D space we obtained different arrangement of an atom or group of atom in a given molecule and such molecule are known as Conformational isomers of each other.

In cyclo hexane also due to free rotation we obtained two different structure which are commonly known as Chair and Boat form.

In chair form if substituents are attached then they arranged themselves either on axial position or on equatorial position. Due to this we obtained different isomers of substituted cyclo hexane.
