department, production department, financial department and supervision department.
The project organization chart is shown in figure 7.1.
The design department includes hardware designer and software designer.
The production department includes mechanical production and software
development. In mechanical production, there are high-speed rail housing, station
entrance, brake pad, high-speed rail door and powerplant. In software development,
there are Sensor System, Intelligent Control System, Autopilot system and Brake
system.
The finance department includes the financial manager, cashier and accountant.
The supervision department includes Design inspection Department, Production
inspection Department, Financial inspection Department. The function of this system
is to supervise whether the work of the first few parts is qualified.
