For neutralization , the relation used is

M1V1n1 = M2V2n2

M1 = Molarity of NaOH

V1 = volume of NaOH

n1 = 3 ( coefficient of NaOH in equation)

M2 = Molarity of H3PO4 

V2 = volume of H3PO4 

n2 = 1 ( coefficient of H3PO4 in equation )
