Hence consider images of fruits like papaya, Mango, Apple etc and apply Digital image processing steps such as Resizing, Segmentation, Color Thresholding, edge detection and cropping for characterizing the taste of fruits by Digital image processing techniques. To perform Digital Image processing steps defined above write a MATLAB program for each step and explain the results obtained.
