Create a workplace communication protocol for Missile's Financial Services based on the scenario, making sure to take into account three methods of communication and three barriers to communication.

Scenario: Joseph and Krystal belong to a certain social group. As middle managers, they both
joined Missile's Financial Services. Each of them answers to a distinct senior manager. These
senior managers are under the Managing Director's authority. After payday each month, Joseph,
Krystal, and other friends try to get together for lunch.
Joseph is in a lot of distress. This morning was the worst of a terrible week for me. He describes
the interactions he had with his manager, Nicholas. In order to seal a contract, Nicholas and I had
to meet with a new supplier. I have been working with the supplier for more than two and a half
months, and all that was left to do was to complete the costing. We had come to an
understanding on the price that both of us could live with. I've been trying to get Nicholas to look
through the contract and accept the numbers, etc., for the past two weeks. We really need this
man to hang out with us. They have an excellent reputation for their goods and services and are
quick. The stationary can be customized for no additional charge, and the pricing is reasonable.
Anyway, Nicholas was never free to meet. In the hopes that he would read it, I emailed him the
contract along with my team's suggestions for how to move forward. The members of my team,
which also includes the accounts/finance manager, inventory manager, legal officer, research &
development manager, and public relations manager, meet on various days and at various times.
Anyhow, this morning Nicholas and I met with the supplier. As we are reading the contract,
Nicholas suddenly remarks, "This won't work for us." The price is excessive. Where did you get
these calculations from?I couldn't have been more ashamed if the floor had collapsed and
swallowed me. I mean, I worked on it for three weeks with the Accounting, PR, Legal, and other
teams! Joseph said, "He just took over the conversation," while shaking his head. Even though
the contract was signed, all that actually happened was that the figures were changed, and the
final price remained the same. I'm sick of this foolishness, you know. Every day, he uses his cell
while confined to his office. What he accomplishes in there is only known to God.
