What is work specifically?Work is something that one is engaged in that is a physical or mental activity in order to achieve a purpose or result, especially in someone 's job. When most people think about this word they usually assume , but work doesn 't have to be taken in this perspective.

Problems inevitably arise. Roadside bombs destroy equipment or injure squad members. Equipment isn 't delivered on time or is delivered with a malfunction. In my management role of Sergeant, I need to monitor every phase and be aware of all that is happening when it happens. When something falls out of accordance from the original plan, I need to follow a "plan B." Plan B may not work either and this is when thinking on my feet or thinking under pressure becomes vital to the success of the mission.
