There is no reason a person should be paid over 20 million a year unless they discover something new like a disease or cure for cancer. You should be paid like 10 million per year not 150 on average.Normal people only get like 75000 a year but nba people get 50 million. Most people can’t get that amount of money in their lifetime. In my opinion athlete’s salaries are way too high for what they’re doing. They are just entertaining people around the world and should not get millions of dollars for it. There are a lot of people in this world that work harder than athletes and have jobs that benefit society and don’t get paid as much as athletes do. People who have jobs and make an impact on society should make more money than athletes that are just entertaining

In my opinion, actors/actresses and professional athletes are not overpaid. Their average in come is actually middle to low, the highest making performers and athletes are quite few, and we have a very skewed perception due to the media we are exposed to.
