Hello, and welcome to High School, this is where you send your kids every day for us to watch. We can assure you that after they walk through the school doors, they will happily be greeted with a heard of students eager to learn, just a wonderful way to start off the day if you ask me! Not many people know this, but public schools are really scheduled so that they make sure students are the most run down and least focused. We find this helps students with fully unlocking their subconscious mind and learning through it their full potential. It has been shown that students will learn more and retain information when their brains are not functioning, so we make sure our students are up all hours finishing homework so that their brains are tired the next day and can easily retain new information. Then there is our athletics program, not only does it keep your kids “in shape”, they also learn how things in life aren’t fair as well as many life skills. Running a mile for every letter in a curse word spoken by the student really builds character. What’s more, is when a student is caught smoking he or she simply sits out allowing them to really learn their lesson. Students have shown to also build speed and endurance with the threat of being kicked out of the athletic program looming over their heads. In addition, the lack of sanitation in the weight room allows for students to catch things like Staph so that their immune system learns how to fight infections just like the students
I have been going to school since I was four years old and, that means that I have been attending school twenty to twenty two years, including kindergarten, middle school, high school and now college. As every student, I had my ups and downs in school; I had some failures and some successes. One of the failures that affected me the most and that I will always remember was the time that I was in high school during my junior year. I failed almost all my classes and, I only passed two classes and with a C. In the other hand I had some really good success. The most recent one and the one that I am still happy about is getting my Family Development Credential. We learn from our mistakes and also from our successes, these two times in my life
Good afternoon, ladies and gentlemen, and welcome to Saydel High School. Today is a big day, as we, the class of 2018 gather one last time before taking our next steps into our adult lives. We made it. We graduated high school. Soon, we will all be walking across the stage to receive our diploma, which is an event that has been 13 plus years in the making.
Most high schools start anywhere from 7:45 – 8:30 am and go until around 3:00 – 4:45 pm, and that can mean 7-8 hours in school a day. It has been proven that teenager’s brains do not start working until later on in the day. Having such a long day at school can have many disadvantages such as straining your eyes at the end of the day trying to take notes, not having someone to pick you up on time, or even worse test scores. At the end of the day the students may be too tired to attempt to do their
Schools seem to expect to their ever-diligent and eager students to go home to complete all of their homework and to study for all of their tests. After all, it is the student's fault if they perform poorly because they failed to use their own time to study. The perfect student receives good grades, do all of the assigned homework, and scores well on tests. This does not, and can not, realistically happen. How much time does a student realistically have? How much of that time is being fought over by different priorities? At times, there are assignments due the next day that require a couple hours of the students time when they only have a half hour after getting home late. Or maybe the student is just lazy. The point stands that the student will not always have the time or the will to continue to play the game of school when they are no longer in the building. If the student has no desire, or lost the desire, to educate themselves or practice ideas and processes in their limited after school hours then there is something horribly wrong in how schools go about educating their

Hey guys! As many of you know school is starting really soon, most people have already started but I'm starting the 6th. As the school year comes I will be less active on the forums and in game, as I have homework and other things to do. I will be entering 8th grade so yay last year of middle school. This year I will be working very hard because like I said last year of middle school I wanna do well.
Hello ladies and gentlemen, I want to first acknowledge you all for coming to this special event. I know that this is special for and it is special to the students myself included. These past two middle school years have been perplexing to me, as we learned to get organized and then learned to stay organized, or how we learned to take notes in all the classes. These two years have been easy, yet challenging for us and the teachers. The Teachers were always there for us when we needed them, and I want to thank them for teaching us all thing knowledge that we now have, and what got us here today in this room. As for the students I know that you felt apprehensive about tonight I know I did, but you were also excited knowing that next year you
According to a report from Thomas Nelson Community College website, 15.7 percent is the graduation rate in 2010. 84 percent of students failed to receive their degree. That’s beyond sad. College can be difficulty especially with everyday life is getting harder to main family life work and financials. Because college is challenging, I know that I have issues that I must overcome. I told myself the more patient 's I have the better success I will have. Although college will be difficult my goal is to gain the knowledge. I need to improve through my life challenges so that I won 't end up a statistic.
Starting school for me wasn’t easy because I didn’t have a plan. I did what every high school student was urged to do after high school and I enrolled in college to pursue a higher education. Enrolling in college gave me the idea and hope that the college would provide a greater advantage in life and career endeavors. Beginning school as a first generation student was an opportunity for me that wasn’t without its challenges and learning experiences. Lacking knowledge in navigating financial aid or how to enroll in basic courses, I just went for it and started school.
Welcome to high school, where we teach your children how to live life in the real world. They drag their feet through the door bright and early and submerge themselves into an environment full of friends and strangers—just a magnificent jolt to their day! The schedule of public education consists of the most sleep-deprived and least attentive times. School—a place to help students unlock their subconscious mind and learn through it, because obviously people learn more when their brains are not working.
In the spring of 2014, I graduated as valedictorian from Klukwan High School located in the Panhandle of Alaska. During my high school career, I maintained status on the high honor roll and received the title of Student of the Month the first month of every school year for four years. In 2011 and 2012, I was selected to attend the Youth Leadership Institute in Anchorage as a student delegate for the Chatham School District. There, I met other high school students from all over Alaska. We spent our time at the conference exercising our newfound leadership skills in fun icebreaker games and group activities. We also learned about our own unique leadership styles, and how we can apply them to various situations back home or anywhere.
In the spring of 2014, I graduated from a small high school as valedictorian. In 2011 and 2012, my sophomore and junior years of high school, I was selected both years to attend the Youth Leadership Institute as a delegate for the Chatham School District. I had always done really well in school. High school I managed a 4.0 all four years. Not that this was any major feat for me. I didn’t even have to try. Show up to class, take some notes, and then pass all the tests with flying colors. I do have to thank high school for making school seem so incredibly easy, and for it making me think I was smart without even trying. Heading into college I thought I would ace though all of my classes no problem. Unfortunately, that was not the case.
