Before I attended the class of cultural studies on that particular day, I already knew about what Jacinta was going to teach us in the class. She was going to cover the topic “race” in the class. According to me race basically means, a group of people sharing the same characteristics and belonging to the same part of the world.

Six is the number printed on the back of my high school soccer jersey. Six is the number of people who live in my home. And six hours is the time difference that separates my dad and me. My whole life has been divided between two continents. From birth to age fourteen I lived in Milan raised in a traditional Italian home. Freshman year my life was split apart when my brother, mother and me moved to New Jersey and left my father and our childhood home in Italy. I moved to America freshman year to be able to go to college and to make a life for myself that wasn’t possible in Italy.

I would like to attend this year's Vet Camp because I do believe it will solidify my career in becoming a zoo vet. Attending the Vet Camp would let me see the North Carolina State University campus and the surrounding area. A third reason would be that it would let me get to know the career before even starting college. All three of these reasons I do believe are going to help in the near future in a variety of ways.

Unit three journals were about the competitive advantage that with strategy creates value for the company and customers. One important feedback was to make my assignment concise, so I will not use the 10% extra on the word count limit. I think I have achieved this goal as this assignment word count did not exceed the requirement.
