The Importance Of College For College

College is an exciting and overwhelming time. You are starting are a new chapter, in your life figuring out your career goals. College is a big adjustment from high school. Some people are not ready to navigate through this transition. What you need to become a successful in college is setting goals, taking notes and creating a study schedule.

College can be a pretty intimidating change. It is an entirely new lifestyle. You have to do everything on your own, without any help from parents or guardians. So, when you choose a college, it should be the perfect fit for you. I’m planning on researching two different colleges- Duquesne University and Temple University. When choosing my future college, I will think about the majors they offer, the location that they are in, and the extracurricular options that the university provides.

I want to see if the college that I want to apply has the qualities and careers that I want to explore in. My goals for college is to start on my dream career and study real hard for the future. But I really dream about going to college, During the first week will not be easy. Because during the first week of the new semester it will be hard to follow the directions and the way to the classroom. Due to having a bit of experience of getting to see the college, I try to go online to some websites to make sure I understand the system and how the classrooms are like. What is the capacity of students and if it is diverse. Also college is a wonderful experience for people to enjoy, but it will not be easy to do. But if you work hard on the assignments and to make sure your grades from high school are well then you will be able to do it. But I can go to community college to improve then transfer to a UC.

When picking the perfect college, think of what the goal of my higher education will be. Many things come into play when picking college that sometimes can make the decision harder than other people’s decisions. For me, I believe that in order to find the college that is suited for you, you have to visit its campus and to feel that you actually belong there and you have to get in that school.
