3. The Prime reserves the right to add additional members to the Program team to assist in performing tasks. In the event that additional members are added, the Prime agrees to obtain adequate written protection of the Subcontractor’s proprietary information from the new team member(s). 4. The Prime shall retain express and exclusive control over all prime proposal activities in response to the contract, as well as the negotiation of any resultant prime contract. The Prime will have the sole right to decide the form and content of all documents submitted to the Customer. The Prime will make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Subcontractor’s data are adequately portrayed and identified as the Subcontractor’s portion. 5. This Agreement is not intended by the parties to constitute or create a joint venture, pooling arrangement, partnership, or a formal business organization of any kind, other than a contractor team arrangement as authorized by FAR Subpart 9.6, and the rights and obligations of the parties shall be only those expressly set forth herein. When I was a freshman in high school, I had one of my worst group-experiences within my entire educational career. I was assigned a project in my World History course and was assigned to a group with one of my best friends and two boys who were known for their lack of goals in school. I wouldn’t call this a team project because, due to the situation, it’s obvious that we were not a team. It was clear to my friend and I that this was going to be a tough process because we knew the history that these two boys had with contributing to the work needed by each teammate.
