Hello! Before elaborating about my somewhat-but-not-really interesting life story, I would like to preface this assignment with an apology. To be as blunt as possible, I did not complete a single assignment over the summer for my August - May school year classes; however, I was enrolled in summer school (I took senior English), and actually completed those assignments-- so technically I did do some summer work. That, however, is unrelated to the topic at hand. So, without further ado, I am sorry for ignoring your assigned work, and I truly hope you still accept this assignment.

The article taking a stand is about the amazing people that took a stand like the American colonists took a stand against King George III. And George Washington took a stand for our country. Although he was known for leading an army or being president he took a stand against a disease by vaccinating his soldiers even when the vaccine wasn’t ready yet. I learn that anyone can take a stand women or man, the only problem is when no takes a stand for something they believe

Everyone has had a different journey of getting to college. Now that I have gotten to college I want to reflect on my journey from Southeast High School to the University of Central Florida (UCF). I will be talking about my past experiences as a high school student and I want to talk about some challenges I experienced so far. Also, I want to tell you about how college has been so far. I would also like to tell you how my professors would describe me. In all, I will have talked about what went well in high school, some challenges, my college experiences and also how my professors would describe me, this will have shown you my college journey so far.

I believe that by applying most of the information that I had learned, I was able to complete each of the requirement for this assignment. I really believe that as I make progress with this project, I will be able to improve in many other aspect of my writing communication (this includes, the development and better way to communicate my idea without making too many grammar errors which have been one of my bigger challenge).
