I was awarded the Drexel Liberty Scholarship in 2015, but today, while reflecting on my college career, I am more appreciative of your donation than ever before. The past couple of months have not been the easiest for my family and I, but thanks to your donation, my financial standing at Drexel was not an additional burden. Furthermore, this scholarship has given me the privilege to advanced my education in my dream school and enjoy the perks of being a Drexel student, such as co-op.

Matthew is a conscientious, hard-working student. He has been very dedicated this year to learning each topic in the course especially programming. This level of commitment will no doubt give great dividends in the future. He is very good at meeting deadlines, and he always does his work to a high standard. All he needs now to gain endorsement in this subject is complete the externally marked Computer Science report to a high standard.

According to his parents, Chris was a smart child who was placed in an accelerated school program for gifted students — a program eight-year-old Chris tried to get out of since he didn't want to do the extra schoolwork associated with it. Chris was also eight when he went on his first backpacking trip.

It is my pleasure to recommend Zachary Kohler, who I taught in my 1st-7th grade computer classes at Challenger School. During this class, Zacharywould demonstrate his math, science, and logic skills programming in Terrapin Logo and Pascal. Hedisplayed tremendous effort and growth throughout the time I've known him and brought a great energy to class. I must make note of Andrew’s exceptional academic performance. Out of a class of 131 students, Andrew is ranked eighteen. Andrew’s academics are a high priority and he has maintained his grades well above average. He has challenged himself in taking Advanced Placement classes along with Honors level classes. Presently, he is dual enrolled at Bloomsburg University participating in the STEM Magnet Program. His performance is a direct result of his hard work and strong focus.

Brian is a poised, accomplished, mature young man with superior interpersonal skills and the highest integrity. He works equally well independently or in a group setting. Brian's genuine charisma and positive impact makes him exceptionally well liked and respected. Brian would be an extremely positive addition to your freshman class.

Academically, Brandon has excelled in the classroom. He enjoys the rigor of the AP and honors courses he has taken. Known to be among the best and the brightest can be a lot of pressure for a young adult, but Brandon was unaffected at the notion of being among the high achievers of the school. He seems to have an innate ability and desire to learn, striving to absorb all he can and put the knowledge to use. His hard work and determination has also earned him honors every quarter throughout his high school career. Julian is an active member of the PE community. As a community member, Julian works well with all of his peers. Julian can be relied upon to help keep his partner or group focused on a tasked. As a PE learner, he is willing to participate in all of our activities and is will to fill a variety of different roles within an activity. Julian brings an energy that encourages others to have fun while participating in activities. It is a pleasure to have Julian in class each week.

Evan firmly believes in using his knowledge and skill to benefit mankind.
