1. Weather is the current state of the atmosphere. Climate is the long-term weather conditions for an area or region. Some examples of weather will be tornadoes, hurricanes and flooding. When it comes to climate common examples will be tropical, polar, marine, and Mediterranean. The difference between weather and climate is that climate is a long-term weather. We can say that climate is like the “official” weather of the region or country. For example, in Dominican Republic, our climate is tropical. On the other hand, weather is the current situation on the region or country.

The game was about the following direction while creating different shapes using mathematical concepts such as lines, left and right. I had to create figures with blocks as I moved along. There were several sections that I had to complete. Each section was getting a little more complicated to accomplish because there were more steps to follow. You can say that we had to use algorithms because we had to follow a process to problem solve. I had to read and know which direction I would choose so that my character would finish their task. In order to pass to the next level, you were supposed to finish the first puzzle or section that you were on. The game that I had did not provide hints like the first one that I tried. The game had a lot of repetition which provided a choose for several turns in one.

One factor that determines an area’s climate is temperature and precipitation (any form of liquid or solid water particles that fall from the atmosphere) which plays an important role in regulating the temperature of both land and air. Water heats up and cools down slower than land, on hot days water cools the land and on cold days it warms the land. The causes for climatic changes can be broadly classified into two categories, internal and external. Internal forcing mechanisms are those natural changes that happen within the climate system of the Earth and the change caused due to interactions of these internal climatic changes. External climatic changes can either be natural changes like changes in the solar output or changes caused by human intervention like increase in the emission of greenhouse gases.
