Like I said, I was that guy to hate on your time and effort put into taking your cheap truck and trying to make it cool. I thought it was pointless to slam a truck, because when you do such a thing, it takes away the purpose of having a truck.It is hard to tow something or haul a load in the bed when the truck is dragging across the ground due to know suspension travel. I can remember how excited I was when I bought my very own first car. I spent hours and hours fixing up my car exactly how I wanted it. I waited a very long time to buy my own car. I worked for hours and hours, saving money to buy a good running car. I did not want to buy a cheap car. I wanted to buy one I know would last and didn’t have anything more than minor mechanical problems, if any. I knew if I bought one of the streets it was bound to come with something needing to be repaired or replaced. Having proper maintenance done to the car was also my way of guaranteeing my car would at least run okay for a little while. My first car was a 2002 Hyundai Sonata featured with 19’ black rims, with clean interior and dark tinted windows. The most outstanding moment of my life so far is when i got my first car.It was a cool March morning in Pensacola Florida.I had my drivers test at eight thirty in the morning at the DMV on W street.As i got to the DMV ,we checked in for my appointment we had made.Soon the instructor came out and told me it was my turn.As nervous but as ready as i could be,i followed him out to my car.After he checked to make sure all safety requirement were checked,i began my test.All i could remember was what my parents had told me.¨If you pass your drivers test you will get a car.¨.When i finished my test,i had only missed 9 points.So i went back into the DMV and took my picture for my license.On my way back home my mom said ¨we have something for you.¨.As

During our first run Taylor and I noticed that the car was turning way to the left. So in order to fix this we started our car as far to the right of the track as possible. After our first trials we realized that we needed to fix our string. We needed to cut the string we had attached off of our car and make a new one. When we made a new one me made it a little bit longer than the car and only hot glued it to the hook, not to the frame. Our new string had a loop in the end of it so we could put that on the toothpick. So now we understood that the toothpick did have a real purpose and we couldn’t glue the string to the mousetrap. After we made these changes we ran our car three more times.

Then last year I started to fix on my new mower and got it running and installed a new engine and everything. And I use this as a working mower. And then my neighbor got a new old truck and asked me to work on it with him and I got a good learning experience from it. And then my dad’s classic car broke down

As a young teenager, my love for cars and trucks grew strong. It seamed like every few months my father had a new car but didn’t understand why we couldn’t keep them all. At the time, my dad worked at an auto body shop, he took unrecognizable wreaked cars and repaired them to like new condition. In order to make extra income for the family, my father and I worked on his side projects every weekend. I was amazed with the inner mechanics of the numerous vehicles we worked on over the years. It always astonished me every time we recycled a distorted shell of a car and reassembled it into a shiny refurbished vehicle. It was a long process that it took but we got to the point where we could take the smaller pieces over to the trailer. We were on our final main part the middle section of the structure. It was a sort of bulky piece, fairly large. We were going to finish taking the thing apart when my grandpa had the idea to just take the structure over to the fence and move it up and over the fence. I was not up for his idea, I thought that the idea was one a not a very smart idea. Two, an idea that is an impossible task to do. Finally, third, it was an idea that on could happen due to his Parkinson's disease. But one thing about grandpa is that he is very persistence. So trying not to make him mad or anything we follow his orders. Pushing and lifting that bulky thing, we tried with all our might to carry that thing over the fence, which was a task too great for us to have achieved. Purchasing my first truck has been my greatest achievement so far. Working for almost 1 year, I had the ability to save enough money, to get myself astounding 2010 Ford edge. Through the journey of this, I learned how to manage my money properly but I build the trust of my parents and co-workers. It made my little brother so happy. We tore up an axle on the four wheeler, and we didn’t want my dad to find out. My brother and I only had a couple of scrapes on our knees, and besides that we were fine. After my sister picked us up, she called my grandpa to come and help us get this four wheeler out of the dirt pile. He brought a big, long chain and we hooked it up to the four wheeler, and truck, and we drug the four wheeler out and took it up to his house. Other than the constant noises of sirens, honking and revving of vehicles, the day was pretty great. Working with the kids was awesome, getting to see them in a nontraditional classroom setting and seeing there more wild and fun sides. The kids that I worked with included, William, Brian, Jamieelyn and NAME. William was the more quiet type, but also needed lots of attention to stay alert and willing to participate. Brian did not like to walk at the same pace as us and also just wanted to play in the dirt or whatever he could find on the ground. Both of the boys acted very tired and

One day my dad called me out to the garage, somehow I knew exactly what he wanted. My older brother surprisingly graduated and was off to start his life in the marine corps, which meant it was my turn to step up and be my dad’s helper. My dad asked, “ Wyatt, can you assist me?” He then told me what we were going to be doing. He said, “ I’m going to have you cutting pieces of wood for the frame of the garage.” We were adding a lean to on the garage. After he showed me how we were started, the task was easy: he offered me a template board that he had already cut the angle out on and I just had to line the board up with the new ones, trace along the edge, then cut it with a circular saw.

In conclusion, my 1st car was a bust traveling 9.8 cm/s, my 2nd car did pretty well traveling 35.86 cm/s, but wasn’t built very well and lastly my 3rd car was the most successful, traveling 50.16 cm/s. Over the time that I worked on this project my skills really did advance. In the beginning, I was clueless and now, with the materials, I could make another car in a day. I learned a lot from trial and error.
