M PL SE in the City of Auburn, King Co, WA. Dispatch advised the reporting person, Angel Loredo, stated his cousin, Joselyn Ortega, and her boyfriend,
Ricardo Valencia, took his aunt's, Maria Cubillos's, vehicle, which was a white
2008 Chevy Tahoe WA/BCJ8822.
I contacted Angel at the above address. Angel told me he spoke with Ricardo outside the residence, while Joselyn was inside. Angel told me Maria asked him to call the Police if Joselyn or Ricardo came to her residence, because she did not want them there. Angel also told me Maria stated she did not want Joselyn or
Ricardo taking her vehicle, and they had done the same thing about two weeks prior. Angel said he walked into his residence to call 911, and while he was on

Angel said he saw Joselyn sitting in the front passenger seat of the vehicle. Angel told me Maria was currently at court, and was not available to report the vehicle stolen.
At 1534 hours Angel reported Maria was now home and available to make a report.
I met with them in person. Maria speaks very limited English, so Angel translated for us. I asked if Joselyn or Ricardo had permission to take her vehicle, and she said "no". I asked Maria if she wanted to press charges against the two of them for taking her vehicle without permission, and she said "yes".
Maria explained this was not the first time the two took her Tahoe without permission, so she wanted to press charges.
Maria also said she wanted to report Joselyn as a runaway, reference Auburn
Police case 18-02598.
I completed a motor vehicle form, which Maria signed, to include the consent to search waiver
According to Pedro Garcia Jr., his sister Sandra Garcia asked him for help in dealing with her boy-friend Guerra-Torres. Guerra-Torres was heavily involved in the drug cartels Mexico. These people had threatened to kill her and all the family members at their house in Clark Wyo if Guerra-Torres did not pay off a drug debt to the tune of $40,000.00
Glenton said she also asked the owner of the house for help finding the phone. Glenton and Wilkins described Ortega as upset over the disappearance of her phone.

Aguiar stated that Flores arrived just before he did to the call and that their initial contact with each other was ok. They both walked up to the location together searching for the entrance to the location. Once inside the location Aguiar stated that Flores seemed agitated not at him but at the people in the residence, perhaps because she was trying to deal with subjects who were intoxicated. Corporal Aguiar told me that the main reason he believed that Officer Flores had handcuffed Witness Vasquez, was to arrest her for 647(f) Public Intoxication. He believes this with 100 percent certainty because she had told him that she was going to arrest Witness Vasquez for 647(f) and that if she denied making that statement it would be a lie. Aguiar recalls with 100 percent certainty that Flores told that him, she was going to do this to avoid having to respond to the location again. He saw Flores double lock the handcuffs and began walking towards the rear exit of the location. Witness Vasquez kept saying “Por Que Por Que” in
I spoke with Marlon about additional items in the vehicle the victims said should be in there. I asked if the items would still be in the vehicle. Marlon said “Probably not, but I didn’t take them” he said there was seven other persons in the vehicle at some point. Marlon was asked what time “he” parked the car on Copperstone Circle. He said between 10pm and midnight.
Patrol officers arrived at 518 N. K Street and surrounded the house. Patrol officers called the victim and the suspect out of the house. The suspect was taken into custody without incident.
