4. Operational Analysis
4.1 Five performance objectives
a) Cost: There are multiple catchments areas around the golf course which acquire grey water when it rains which loosely filter into the dams. The dams then fill up which in turn the water gets pumped to various sections of the golf course to use as irrigation. This process cuts out the need for outsourced water and a diversification effect takes place, as social golf fees suffer when it rains, the dams fill and provides a resource which reduces costs.
The government provides a one off grant to Golf Clubs which undertake such projects as it is self-sustainable which is less reliable on the government’s water supply. The grant is an added incentive which we receive $987,000.
b)

During and after construction turning an empty canvas of lake bed and mounds of dirt into a playable course will be worked on by outsourced nurseries as well as our staff and riparian specialists to manage soil and clay levels in the dams. These relationships and other various creditors needed for smaller jobs can affect the speed of the operation which needs to be considered.
d) Dependability: Speed and dependability alike are structured to the goal of opening the course in time before annual subscriptions are sent out. Using problematic estimates:
A= Optimistic time
B= Most likely time
C= Expected time
D= Pessimistic time
Expected time C = [A+4(B)+D]/6
C = 1.58 Years.
= 1 year 7 months approx.
Dependability sets a guideline of when to start stages of Marketing and Promotions and important so new members can give themselves time to join the Club early so the waiting list won’t apply to them.
e) Flexibility – For this certain project flexibility plays a pivotal role in the management of operations. NRGCs aim is to keep as many holes open as possible and for those holes keep as close to par on each one as originally without hindering construction. Ollsen describes project flexibility to have a dilemma in project management. Projects need stability and control to be executed efficiently, measured by time, cost and meeting specifications. With using these

4. Emphasizing the product quality The durability of the company could last long. It gives the company to have a durability image to the customers. Customers would likely be satisfied and the company could
If the company has a good reputation among consumers and its products is a popular choice, the customers become interested in the company’s ability to maintain stability of manufacturing.
If water amount collected increases or decreases, the catchment bottles can be changed and altered for size. As there is a range for the grain size of materials, there is some room of altering if the materials are for any reason, unavailable. The flexibility of the design allows for adaptation if required. The materials chosen are easily accessible, safe and hygienic once filter is cleaned. The small, yet efficient size of the design allows for portability, and can be used indoors in the case of a cyclone or unsuitable weather conditions. The device is designed with the local culture and geography in mind; primarily consisting of recyclable plastic bottles and grains from Vanuatu. As chemicals are excluded in the design, the materials are familiar appropriate, simple to use and will encourage the community to filter their water. The construction and maintenance can be easily taught to and performed by locals, both men and women. This design is flexible and can cater for different situations including material availability and
3) Stable clientele as fee is not varying according to the present needs or if needs changes in future.
Much like customer service, reliability and stability sound like traits you can only see once you start working with a supplier, but that’s not the case.
Paradise pond is a well known trademark of Smith college. Having been in place long before Smith College was founded, it has always served as a breathtaking release from the realities of our world. However, Paradise Pond also serves an important ecological factor in supporting its own diverse community of organism. Unfortunately, keeping Paradise Pond together is a dam. Typically, rivers have a consistent flow of water that allows the sediment to evenly flow throughout a space; however, due to the dam, Paradise Pond is filling with sediment.
There is a Public Works Department in the village of Lake Success that is vast enough to keep all the required equipment. The Public Works Department is responsible for upkeep of parks and other property, and the village streets. The only property not in their domain is the golf course. The Public Works staff cleans the streets, plows the snow and salts the ice, cuts the grass and removes waste on the shoulders and park areas. They also plant and protect trees and bushes; construct and mount street and traffic signs and roadway markings. They are in charge of clearing and maintaining sanitary sewers and storms drains. The Village implements consistent, routine maintenance on its sewer lines to make sure that they are in a respectable
The finalization of the schedule for a particular project will fluctuate in light of numerous elements including, yet not restricted to, size and level of trouble of the structure, site and climate conditions, material and contractual worker accessibility, team sizes, powerful planning and correspondence, the learning and experience of those dealing with the project, and maybe most essentially, the number, convenience, and many-sided quality of the progressions unavoidably made to the first contract after construction has started.
In closing, ULO and operational art exist today because of evolution. ULO provides a framework that accounts for the complexity and unpredictability of the operational environment as well as the requirements of the Nation. Operational art serves to adapt ULO, as needed thereby facilitating a continuous advantage. With that, does it really matter if the Army has it right? Yes, in the sense, that if the Army gets it wrong, it takes time to adapt and therefore, life and treasure is potentially lost for naught. Furthermore, the unintended consequences can lead to making a long war even longer as seen in Iraq and Afghanistan. On the other hand, it does not matter if Army doctrine fails to predict the future as doctrine simply “accounts for the constants
While projects can be similar in some instances, no two projects are ever the same. For this reason, management of projects requires the application of tools and techniques to meet the goals of the temporary endeavor. Project managers apply these tools and techniques to determine what is required for project delivery such as the list of activities to completed, the time required to complete the activities, resources needed and the various risks associated with the deliverable and efforts. A multitude of tools and techniques are employed by the project manager based on the need of the effort to organize, identify and communicate the various aspects of the project. While in contrast, the repetitive nature of operations activities
Dependability means do things on time. Dependability means well management and coordination with each operation ensuring other process. are reliable, such as delivering right material or information on time, correct foreseeing and planning the facilities, reorder and workforce. It leads to more effective operation. It effectively arranging the facilities, information, material, workforce, money and time to ensure all of them can be available at any time, saves the time to wait or to look for the other substitutes. Dependability arrangement reduces the chance of repeating input resources or some resources leaving unused increasing the cost of maintain or store fee, or labor cost.
Secondly, dependability. Dependability means reliability, that is, how the company are performing and completing their promised service, quality and accuracy within the given set requirements between the company and the customer. Dependability is just as important as a goof first hand impression, because every customer want to know if their supplier is reliable and fulfill the set requirements with satisfaction. Dependability is just as important as the first hand impression, because every customer wants to know that their supplier of what it may be are reliable and give the service agreed including great quality within the given timeframe without compromising on the quality. Dependability includes three elements, which are consistent order cycles, safe delivery and complete delivery. First of all, we talk about consistent order cycles.
