• Introduction: The project was to introduce new customer complaint process. There is the introduction of new website with complaint forms and company information. In addition to this, there is introduction of new process for complaint assessment. It was developed, because the old complaint system was not very effective and there was no proper complaint tracking page.

There may be poor expression of messages, unclarified assumptions, and lack of planning, distrust and threat or information overload.

They should work together in order to make the messages clear. There should not be jargons or technical language to avoid confusion. The message should be purposeful, accurate and precise.
3. How do you communicate unresolved team issues with line management and stakeholders?
First you need to capture the essence of the concern by thoroughly studying about the problem and then presenting it to the line manager and stakeholders so that their wouldn’t be miscommunication of the real problem. You should be able to present the problem in a convincing and accurate way. Failure to do so may result in another issues. As these people are busy, so you should be precise in the information you are presenting and you should also provide few facts about the solution to that problem.
4. How do you take corrective action when stakeholders raise their issues and concerns?
There will be corrective action plan made by the Project Manager. The corrective action plan will be meeting with the team members and raise the issues mentioned by stakeholders.
