Nt1310 Unit 3 Assignment

If I get the lovely chance as a staff member, I will use it to my advantage to help, moderate, and make the server a very nice place to be. Another reason that I would make a good staff member is because I despise (hacking, harassment, advertising, spamming, caps, profanity, disrespect, etc), and will fairly punish his/her for their wrong doings. I found that the servers were very addicting and had a unique aspect to them that most servers did not have. Since playing the server I have learned that the economy is OP but it is reasonable. I feel that the Owner and any other staff members involved have been doing an amazing job with keeping the server populated and enjoyable. I also have talked to some of the people on the server and I find the community to be friendly and very enjoyable to speak to. Also I have noticed that the admins tend to stay away from banning and kicking players, they prefer to warn them so they have the ability to fix the issue and still enjoy the server. Also I have learned that the server tends to try and be helpful to any new players and not to be rude and enjoy each others company. Also I love to participate in the reaction tests because they are fun to practice your typing

I want to be a helper because I love helping people and I love this server. This server is awesome and I would LOVE to become a helper and give people a fun time. I love this server its 1 of the only 3 I play I would love to become a part of staff I also want to become staff because of how fun this server is and how I want to improve it (even though its already the best). Previous experience as staff: I have been staff on many servers so grab some popcorn cause this is going to be long... I joined EbueHCF around map 5 for map five the server wasn't very professional to my liking alot of the staff members abused and didn't do there job correctly. Alot of the staff members were young kids they weren't very mature. They had four owners from what I know therefore I decided to leave the staff team. I was a staff manager on SunriseHCF this server was a smaller server that averaged 10-15 players this server was kinda like the other server I had to keep demoting young men

- At the moment I do not have a rank. This is because I recently spent a lot of money on building a new PC. Within the next couple weeks I'm looking forward to getting one.

I can spend as much time on here as I can do on there. I have been staffing on servers for about 2 years. I do believe the servers I have worked for has potential but not enough to make me stay. I go on some random servers and just help out if needed. I enforce the rules as much as I can and hopefully, they listen. I try to make a fun way of getting them to follow the rules and normally it works. I have had my own server before. It got about 20 people. I ended it because I didn't think I would get enough donations to keep it up. I monitored the community about 5-6 hours a day and I would stay on until everyone got off.

Why do I want to be staff? This question involved a lot of thought because being staff is such a huge responsibility and even thinking of myself as staff is a dream come true. So why do I think I should be staff? Well, as a long time player of opcraft I want to see it grow, improve, and succeed and as a staff on this server I can invest my time into something that I believe in. Opcraft has an amazing community, so the closer I can get to it the better

I would like to be staff because i like to help people, i know more about the server then some because ive been here for over a year and i know how dificult it is to start on a new server with games you dont even know because cyclone network was the one who introduced me to prison and skyblock and at that time i had people help me to understand so i would like to give back and help others. I would as well like to state that i would like to be staff because i spend a great amount of time each day on the server i wake up get on and play till around 11:00 pm, i'd say about 11 hours is what i spend on a normal day on this server and it would be nice to spend that time on here helping others. I a well would like to be a staff member because i like the feeling of helping someone, even if its a little thing like donating some money to them makes me happy that im helping.

I've been staff on a lot of other servers and one thing i get promoted on is my activity, i'm very active on discord, forums, and in game answering all the players

8. How do you think you can benefit the server by being helper? I am quite a tolerant person and understand the difference between banter and harassment. I would be on at different times to a lot of the staff! I will make sure to dedicate time too cracking down on hackers and making sure the server is a safe/fair server for everybody

The reason I want to be staff is because I known about this/played this server for quite awhile. The first time I got on I already liked it cause it was fun/fair and after awhile i got to a high rank but then I started to play almost everyday as much as I can. Then I seen other staff and thought to myself "I wish i could be a helper like them" but I never tried out but I did want to be a helper/staff cause I could help out quite a bit. Now since I know even more I could help out even more and see the server change like it did multiple times and if I was Helper/Staff I could stop people from Cursing, Spamming, and using Caps a lot and that would make me happy to be able to do that cause it's one of the things I don't like. That's most of the reasons I would want to be Helper/Staff.

I feel it would be very good for me to come onto the staff with a strong and positive vibe because I know the server just started and I think it would be good to start the server off with a very experience, intelligent, and strong staff team. As I worked with and played on many server just like HCGames, I have seen the server go downhill very fast due to bad staff members, people abusing their powers which, one, hurts the server and two, makes it unfair to the people playing, also I have seen many staff being biased to other players on servers because they have a Youtuber rank or have a donation rank.
