Not to toot my own horn, but I believe that my greatest strength is leadership. I was the recipient of a leadership scholarship at Chowan University. My senior year of high school, I was captain of the football team. I was a head football coach of a Junior High football team a few years ago. I say this to support my point that I have always been a leader. In my previous job, I took the lead and initiative and completely turned a school that was considered low in technology, to now a highly recognized school of the year. This was done by implementing new software and bringing in more technology such as desktops, laptops, tablets, cameras, etc. I also developed a curriculum for the students, which successfully taught five year olds to type 5-8
One area of my life that has gone very well as a result of these strengths, would be being a learner and a focused person. I am from Burundi, a small country in Africa. My first language is french, coming to the US at the age of sixteen and having to learn english was hard but I overcome it. This showed me that I can learn very fast and efficiently, which is a benefit to me.
After reading Lake and Von Baeyer's article, "Tips for Successful Students." I would have to say my strongest characteristic is definitely time management. I have many responsibilities, and I use time management in every part of my work and home life. If I do not use time management in my life, it seems like I do not have enough time to complete my tasks. This leads to chaos in my day. By using time management it makes my day go a lot smoother. I do not want to pull my hair out by the end of the day. What helps me is using an organizer, calendar, and even my cell phone. This helps me keep on track with everything.
First, my strengths are being a great leader, I’m friendly, I’m loving, and I’m trust worthy. This strengths can help me when I become a teacher because teachers need to be leaders, they to be friendly, loving caring, and they have to be trustworthy. This won’t only help me in my teaching career it can also help me through high school and college.
Another strength is enthusiasm. Enthusiasm is import for transformational leadership to help subordinates emotionally connect to the vision of the company. One way I do this is by setting an example of dedication to the company. I work extra hours because I know it will make the company more successful. My subordinates see my enthusiasm and realize their individual impacts to the company, which helps them increase
According to Strength Finders, my strengths are adaptability, includer, consistency, empathy, and relator. For the most part I have always been very aware of most of my strengths, but the others I haven't really paid much attention to.
My strengths include working in a fast paced environment. I am also skilled in working with both large and small teams. I am also skilled in solving challenging problems that are involved at work. I am skilled in quick research as well.
Of course, developer would be my top strength. A developer is someone who sees the potential in people, and that is all they see. They strive to help them experience success and seeing them grow is what brings satisfaction to developers. I agree that this is my top strength because I love helping people grow. In high school, I was apart of a teaching pathway where i would shadow teachers and help students. I absolutely loved it, helping the kids learn and grow. Not only did it bring me happiness but I looked forward to go to school and helping them.
My third strength is punctuality. I always meet deadlines for projects, and I am often ahead of those deadlines. I design a plan, explain the task assignments and timeframes to my employees, and coordinate the finished result. An example of a project that was finished ahead of schedule is final high school transcripts. Hundreds of transcripts arrive each year after the local high school graduations. During my first year at the institution, it took six weeks to complete this project. Over the course of the next three years I implemented changes to decrease the processing time to less than three weeks.
Secondly, my top strength is includer. I was able to work this skill very well during Vacation Bible School. There was one boy who wanted to sit off by himself the whole time and not participate in anything. As the week went on, I was able to encourage him and get him to join in with everything that was going on. Come Friday, he was playing with the other kids and being social like a four-year old should be. One of my other strengths is developer, and that is exactly what I was able to do during that week. I got to pour into the children’s lives through teaching them Bible stories, helping them with crafts,
First of all, I believe that one of my strengths is that I am a highly disciplined person as I push myself every day to get up and get things done in time. I’m highly confident of who I am and what I am capable of. Indeed, I always have a desire for excellent academic performance in my current school that I have to spend more time studying not harder, but smarter. This is the key secret to my academic awards every year since primary school. I could contribute my learning experiences as well as self-discipline to LAS learning community. My second strength is responsibility. Being responsible to myself is very important as It shows that I am a grown-up man. For instance, throughout my high school years, I’ve been chosen to become a class president. I hope that my responsibility will prove that I am able to live abroad and take care myself.
I think My's biggest strengths is her creativity and her leading skill. In group working, Tuong My is the first one to come up with ideas, at the same time, she knows how to sit back and let others take the lead. But impressively, she is still able to gather
My greatest strengths are the determination and dedication I apply to every task I undertake.
Another of my strengths is Creativity. Personally, I never liked to do or act for fixed schemes. I like to get out of the usual way of doing things, looking for more efficient and fun ways of doing things. If I have a problem I try to find alternative solutions, and finally
I feel that the strengths that i acknowledge are the strengths that will help me the most in progressing towards my after college career and will make me a better person. My math skills to me are very important because I plan to be going into a business type area and I feel like math, even though the math I am in probably won't help in business, but math in general is important to most business majors. Another strength that I like to highlight is my ability to somewhat talk to other. The reason why I say somewhat is because I'm still not a very open person but I will usually try to talk to someone I'm just really bad at keeping conversation going, but if I'm in a situation where I need to talk to someone I won't be as restrained as I am in normal interactions. The next strength that I listed was my problem-solving capabilities, which I find important for the reason that I feel like I can solve social and relationship issues with ease and without confrontation and I find it to be very helpful in my relationship because I'm usually the cause of any issues, so I can get myself out of a hole that I dug
My strength is self motivated and to motivate others, quickly adapt in new environment, hard worker.
