Mrs. Lozano's Role In Education

While there are many ways to be an outstanding teacher, every high-quality teacher should, in my opinion, have these skills and dispositions:

Can you tell me about this person’s ability to be flexible in responding to a student’s needs?

Yadira Sosa is a teacher in San Benito Texas. Mrs. Sosa has had the privilege to teaching for 10 years at Dr. Cash Elementary. Mrs.Sosa has been a PK teacher for the past 5 yrs. After interviewing Mrs. Sosa I have learn that being a teacher is a great challenge. Its a profession that requires many skills one must possess. The firsts thing Mrs.Sosa said was you have to love children and have patience in order to be a teacher. Patience is the number one skill a teacher must posses. Children come form different background and have different personality. As a teacher you have to find a way to work with the student to earn their respect. Another skill Mrs. Sosa mention was teamwork with the staff. Working as a team helps the student and helps

who is on time daily and always kind and respectful. She has the ability to handle multiple deadlines at once and multi-task. These are all qualities that will be useful on your campus.

She explained positive parts about being a teacher as being able to do what you love with growing children. As children go through stages of development, it is a good feeling to see what they are going to become in the future. She explains the bond she has with her students as one of the greatest feelings in the world. In early childhood, being their first teacher can have a major impact on how well they are going to do. Being able to create a good well-educated start to education is important. She explained that she wants to be able to educate children in the best way she can because the outcome of seeing them succeed is amazing.

A fellow educator would hear these answers as examples of the teacher’s ability to engage students in every lesson, her desire for all students to succeed, and her competence in subject matter. Although an outstanding educator exudes many other characteristics, these three qualities are essential for one to be considered an outstanding, high-quality teacher.

While the #RedForEd movement recently emerged in my state and several others, concerning teacher pay and their strong impact on students. Additional questions surfaced in order to find the perfect utopian future for my local Sierra Vista high school, Buena. As much as it takes a happy teacher to generate a happy student, it works both ways! With this in mind, what important qualities do our students feel matter in our local teachers? Ms. Castrovinci when asked about how she got her start in education helped me realize how she developed a good rapport with her students while maintaining a high level of accountability. In my observation of Ms. Castrovici, she makes every effort to give her students chances to complete make up work and late work. Her strategies were consistent with her beliefs about herself. She believed that in order to make people feel comfortable you must treat them as the individuals that they are. She mentions “We may be members of different races of people, from different cultures and backgrounds, but we are all people. “ She never lets situations escalate into major problems. She had nothing but high expectations for all of her students. She never relents in her pursuit to make her students see their potential and live up to it. She is a teacher that I would thoroughly enjoy working with again. I feel that learn a great deal from her and would utilize her as a mentor in my future teaching career. Her attitude is always positive and she genuinely cares about her students which I truly admire. One of the most memorable teachers I have ever had is my fourth-grade teacher. Not only is Mrs. Lozano a great teacher but also an influence in my life. When I came to the United States, my motivation for school was not the same. I did not comprehend English and I felt like a stranger at school. However, Mrs. Lozano helped me with these struggles that I faced during my first year.

Prerequisites of effective teachers. I want to make sure that the teacher has the ability to communicate with all types of stakeholders, an understanding of what good teaching, learning is, and current certification, and what others say about their teaching experience.

What is the best quality for any teacher to have? First of all, there are multiple qualities that can construct a teacher, but there are three main important characteristics such as the content the teacher teaches, how he or she makes learning easy and fun, and if you can connect with them easily. My current teacher, Mrs. Shanahan, fits all of these qualities. To begin, she taught history, and throughout nearly all of my life I disliked history, but still had a small spark of interest. Once I had met Mrs. Shanahan she turned that spark into a sky full of stars. She intrigued and fascinated me with all she was teaching. When I think about teachers that I have had in the past, several different ones come to my mind. Each of these educators stands out in my mind for a variety of diverse reasons. Whether it is their sense of humor, their tactfulness, their love of the subject matter, their fanatical and sporadic behavior, or their yearning to be childish themselves, I can still remember at least one quality of every teacher I have ever encountered. Every one of these teachers conveyed subject material to their students just as they were educated and employed to do.
