Living in a new country Usually, people travel to a new country for many reasons, to work, to feel more safety or to try new experiences. Some people travel for a short period, and other people for a long period, and some people for the rest of their life. With this change of country, it might cause a change in lifestyle of the travelers. Moving in a new country will change some aspects of the travelers, they will attempt new traditions, new ways of raising children, and new rules. The first change that the travelers will face when they travel to the new country is changing in the traditions. The travelers will try to fit in the new community, so they will change the old behaviors to the new ones, like when someone comes to live in the U.S.A. he/she may start to celebrate Thanksgiving in November by cooking a turkey or celebrate Christmas in December by decorating trees and home. This change would help them to feel themselves they are part of the community by sharing those activities with new American friends. In addition sometimes it causes a change in some social behaviors like when someone …show more content…
Even though the travelers will change some behaviors to be more unison with the community, but sometimes they prefer to raise their children in the way their parents have raised them to make their children understand their original country and original traditions. The problem is how parents can raise their children in a different country with different ideas, especially when their children are raised in school with other children from different ideologies. Children like imitating each other and that make the problem bigger. However, staying in a new country have risk by raising the children in a country has different traditions, but the travelers can find a solution by create a new way combine their original traditions with the new
Living in two different countries can be a great experience that can change someone's way of thinking. We live in a world with many countries and different types of people, making us compare each other and ask ourselves how is this different or similar. For example, in Brazil, they speak Portuguese, but in Colombia they speak Spanish. That's one difference. Yet, Brazil and Colombia are in the same continent. Now, that's one similarity. In my case, I have lived in Venezuela and in the United States and sometimes I start comparing many things like economy, government, culture, topography, weather, traditions, etc. Many people don't notice how many difference and similarities two countries can have.
To better understand the changes which occur because of cultural diffusion, we must realize how a peoples’ beliefs and travel are a dynamic duo when it comes to cultural exchange.
An immigrant that is coming to the United States has the emotion and perception that draws to a country of opportunities; that will live in a country that will be friendly. However, most of the time, immigrant do not know that they are coming to live in a different culture, and because of that, they need to experience and adjustment in many ways, and an adjustment that will help them to do many things with confidence.
Transition: Visiting another countries provides me with the opportunity to learn about the people, the culture, their language, their religion, their system of government, their system of education and many more.

Shannon L. Alder once said, “If you were born with the ability to change someone’s perspective or emotions, never waste that gift. It is one of the most powerful gifts God can give- the ability to influence.” This quote above has always been my favorite line of admiration. Up until now, I have been influenced by a lot of people, but the person that I admire most is my older sister, Nhi.
It was a beautiful, sunny day in South Florida. I was six years old, playing by the pool with my new puppy. I loved swimming in the pool almost every day after school. I also enjoyed going out on our boat after school or crossing the street and going to the beach. My father came home one evening with some interesting news. Now, I do not remember exactly how I felt about the news at that time, but it seemed like I did not mind that much. He had announced that we were going to move back to my birth country, Belgium. I had been living in Florida for five years and it was basically all I had known so I did not know what to expect. I had to live with my mom at first, and then my sister would join us after she graduated high school and my father

Cultural practices cause some problems for families because their way of living or morals may not be accepted. Some immigrants relocate to North America for employment; however immigrants want to share their beliefs with their families. Families want to continue to practice their religion, eat the same food, and discipline their children according to their culture.
The difficulty of moving to a new culture is that a lot of people would feel fear because they are so use to their own culture, so now they leave what they are used to a new way and it will be hard for them to adapt. Some may like the new food and the pace of life, then later on in the month’s people may feel like the new life and culture is unpleasant life for instance: public hygiene, the language barriers, traffic safety, and food accessibility. Still the most part in relocating to a different culture is the communication because they might not understand the language or might say the wrong word thinking it means the same in the other countries. People adjusting to a new culture often feel lonely and homesick because they are not yet
Typically, people like to think getting up and moving to another country is as easy as it sounds. People leave their home countries for various reasons, to escape as a refugee, or immigrate for a change in life. As easy as it seems to be there are so many roadblocks along the way. The country was created thousands of years ago as the holy land but over time, it has gone through different rulers and at many times the Jewish people of Israel was exiled and forced to leave the only country they knew. The history of Israel is important because it dictates as to why immigration and leaving that country to go to others in the Middle East is impossible. People have been dealing with war, military, religious, and gender regulations in Israel
Moving to a new house it’s exciting but moving to a new country it’s terrifying. That’s how I felt when I moved here to the states, terrified. Entering unknown land without knowing a sense of English can be very overwhelming at a young age. Leaving my family was definitely one of the hardest thing I’ve experienced because I couldn’t just drive back to visit them. Even though I was only 12 when I moved from Venezuela, that journey has helped me grow and have a better mindset. I get to see things differently and have a different look on life. I would say that it has definitely help me transition from childhood to adulthood. Because moving with new people, learning a new culture and language is something special yet so stressing. At times I find
