Officer Joseph Weekley discharged a bullet that entered Stanley Jones’ head leaving her body lifeless. Initially, Weekley was charged in connection with Stanley Jones’ death but prosecutors cleared him in 2015, ensuring he would face no repercussions for his negligence that resulted in the premature death of Aiyana Stanley Jones.

In the year 2010, 26-year-old Kenzie Houk was found murdered in her bed. Kenzie was shot in her head. Kenzie was also eight months pregnant when she was murdered (nydailynews.com). The person who found the body was her 4-year-old daughter. When the police officers arrived at the scene, they searched to see if anybody broke into the house. The police officers were unable to find any force entry. The police officers even thought it was a possibility that Kenzie ex-boyfriend could of committed the murder, but they were unable to connect him to the murder. Eventually, the police officers found out that the murderer was none other then the 11-year-old Jordan Anthony Brown.

The Big Boys Newspaper was historically accurate in that the newspapers date was 1929 and all the facts were correct. The newspaper felt more professional than most of the other newspapers I reviewed and it felt like it was something that the New York Times might release. It was easy to follow their train of thought and understand. The only issue I have with their newspaper is their font seemed to change a couple of times. They educated me on the topics of the Teapot Dome Scandal and the Scopes Monkey trial. The Teapot Dome Scandal was caused because of a lack of regulation in the United States Government. At nine AM a monday morning, John Lee was discovered dead in the CCA Lab Prep room by Professor Allan. What makes John Lees death even more surprising is that no fingerprints were found, but luckily fiber and biological evidence was found at the crime scene. Other than the fiber and the biological evidence that were found at the crime scene, the license and registration information of the vehicles that were at the CCA campus the night of the murder where determined. At the moment there were five suspects, that could have been the murders of John. These suspects include Brandy Smith, Sergio Jones, Bill Apple, Ann Smith, and Amanda Martinez. Throughout the history of science and religion there has always been a feud. People have been always told that this feud has lasted for centuries. Since the beginning of the scientific revolution there have a countless number of times in which science has presented a new idea about life that seemed to conflict with religion, and it almost every case religion combats it and ends up being wrong. All of these claims are basically common knowledge in today’s current day and age. Yet, is this common knowledge true? Sgt. Grimm stated that on August 23, 2014, he performed a 1450X2347 tour as the patrol supervisor and PO Derek Almeida was his operator. At about 2008 hours, he responded to a radio run of a 10-34 male stabbed at 37 Weirfield Street. Upon arrival, he observed a male black [Mr. Carlton Smit h Jr.] bleeding heavily. The male black stated [to him] that his father had just stabbed him, while pointing to a black SUV driving away from the scene. Sgt. Grimm stated that he reiterated what the victim had said [to him] and he stated yes, my father just stabbed me. Shortly after, they followed the identified vehicle and subsequently pulled it over on Bushwick Avenue and Hancock Street. Sgt. Grimm Stated that as they approached the vehicle they notice blood all over the driver's side door. Mr. Carlto n Smith was properly identified and placed under arrest. Sgt. Grimm doesn't recalled who the UMOS that were present at the scene.

Hankins’ Facebook page had shown that a dispute was growing. In my opinion I don’t believe justice was served, although it can’t be proven who had actually fired the bullet someone is dead because of what seem to be simply some turf war. Although they did serve time, which was only 90 days, what about the family of Marcus Hankins that are still wondering exactly how he was killed and what event led up to his death.

Who is responsible for the murder of Hae Min Lee? The podcast “Serial” is about a host Sara Koenig trying to solve the case for Adnan Syed. Adnan Syed was a regular highschooler who dated Hae Min Lee. When Hae Min Lee disappears, Jay blames Adnan for killing Hae and that’s why Adnan is in jail. So far Jay is the reason why Hae Min Lee is dead, Adnan is innocent,Jay is guilty because he changes his story all the time.

He is not guilty because he helped them and they made him mad when he was small.They talked about him and he cut his hair and messed up.Then when he went to school he had a bag on his head and took it off.He had cut marks on his face.They called him names.So he left and lived on a mountain.

Since Captain Leopold was the only other person in the room with Monica, Fletcher accused him of shooting his ex-wife. He sniffed the gun and found that someone had recently fired it. He was shocked. Captain Leopold claimed that he did not fire the gun and did not kill Monica. Lieutenant Fletcher was puzzled because it was only Captain Leopold and Monica in the room. Lieutenant Fletcher took Captain Leopold to the police station and Monica went in an ambulance. She later died on the way to the hospital. The detectives continued their investigation to find out what happened and who did it, if Captain Leopold did not shoot his ex-wife Monica then who did and why.

This was not accurately portrayed in this episode as well. Some of these things will be pointed out later in this paper. In the end, after all the evidence was analyzed and tested, it was determined that the secretary was murdered by her boss. (2002)
