It is my distinct pleasure to recommend Jonathan Rodriguez for admission to the Subiendo Summer Academy from McCombs school of business at the University of Texas in Austin. Jonathan is one of my top students in my junior graphic design class. He is also a top ten nationalist finalist in photographic technology in the Technology Student Association. Jonathan possesses excellent leadership skills and has a passion for helping and mentoring other students. His passion for mentoring make this an ideal fit for your leadership program.
Jonathan is a perceptive, sharp, quick individual with a high aptitude for science and math. Jonathan is also involved in extracurricular at school and the community. He is a member of the symphonic band which was
Throughout high school he focused more on sports than he did on anything else. He especially loved football and was liked for his enthusiasm and pride. He also enjoyed acting and took the lead in several church and school plays. It was through acting that his classmates realized he wasn't the shy kid they thought he was. He became one of the most popular and respected students in his school, and by his senior

Kayla Bennett, a 16 year old junior at Pitman High School is definitely an amazing girl to be around. She has many interests outside of her academics, some of which include playing the ukulele, singing, “Only when I’m by myself.” She chuckled. “I have a great interest in theater also”, she lightly mentioned. She continued, painting with water colors and doing yoga about 6 days a week.
I am happy to recommend Tanner Branstetter. In Honors English 10, Tanner was one of my top-performing students, a bright, motivated, and hard-working learner. Additionally, he is responsible, determined, and amiable. At a time when many students are self-conscious, Tanner looks you in the eye, shakes your hand firmly, and speaks with certainty. I am most impressed by his tenacity: when his grade was not acceptable to him, he would seek me out, ask questions, do the work, and if necessary, do it again until he was satisfied. By the time we reached our Shakespeare unit, Tanner was peer tutoring as often as he was learning for himself.
Jahmari is very smart and exercises a lot of hard work Throughout his academic and athletic careers he has always set goals and has done a lot of work to achieve them. In the third
Today I interview Josiah. Josiah is an 8 year old African American boy in the third grade at King Elementary School. Josiah who also goes by the nickname Jojo is tall for his age; he stands about 4ft 5in and weighs close to 70 pounds. Josiah is a very happy young man throughout our interview he smiles and laughs frequently. His energy level is also very high during our interview I had to redirect his attention and allow him to take breaks to stretch. Josiah was very outgoing and open to talk with me. I felt a little hesitation at first but once his teacher gave him the ok. He relaxed and let his natural self-shine through. Josiah and I talked in the back of a third grade class room during the classroom assigned free time. The teacher is one of my good friends and allowed me to speak with Josiah after obtaining permission from his parents.
The OSCAR program provides George mason university students an opportunity to work closely with a faculty member on a creative research and activities. Its purpose is to help students develop their skills and provide an opportunity to win a scholarship through participation both within, and outside class room. The opportunity to get an authentic research or scholarly experience under the guidance of a mentor cannot be taken for granted. Although it is a challenging effort for students, it’s remarkable to see numerous students develop their skills, confidence, and achieve a drive to pursue a lifelong career. The best part of OSCAR program is how easy it is to get involved for any undergraduate students who is interested, and willing to invest
Jason plans on making the most of his school year. He takes mostly advanced courses, so when the time comes for college he can have some classes already out of the way. His work ethic is weak, but improving. He would like
As I am shocked to learn that the Corpus Christi Caller Times has not previously made mention, may this letter to the editor serve to recognize a man who positively impacted the lives of students for over 30 years. Joe Wilson, Honors English Teacher, Creative Writing Instructor, Academic Decathlon and KEDT-TV Challenge Coach for Corpus Christi Independent School District, Richard King High School is the person that I am referring to. Mr. Wilson began his tenure at CCISD in _________ and sadly retired in 2017. I was fortunate to be one of his students in the 80’s, as was my son who graduated in 2015.
I have been asked by Mr. Mark Mayo to write a letter of recommendation on his behalf and I am glad to do so.
Jeremy is extremely intelligent and is smarter than many teenagers his age. He is in algebra 2 honors which usually us a 10th grade math clas. Also, he participates in biology honors and manages the diffuculty very well. Unfortunately, he didn't try out for English honors since he didn't have a specific teacher but ended up having him anyways. His favorite academic achievements is when in 7th grade, when he got the highest English grade in the whole seeker team. He was extremely proud of himself and strives to do great.
I’m writing to express my wholehearted support for Enzi’s application to the position of becoming an Intern in one of your Spanish speaking countries this summer. As Enzi’s supervisor during her Presidency as a District Student Ambassador in the fall of 2013 to present, I met with her frequently to assign responsibilities and tasks to guide her peers and students she evaluates on a daily basis. I was impressed with Enzi’s writing skills, initiative, and ability to meet deadlines as well as, the care she exhibited to the students she had to lead. Enzi became a valued Ambassador of the District and MUN Delegation Head, and I’m confident that she has a successful career in leadership and adolescents ahead of her.
It is with great pleasure that I am writing this letter of recommendation to offer my highest recommendation for Patrick Barron to be considered to intern with the National Urban League Organization. Although many individuals ask me to write similar recommendations, I only write these letters if am sure the student is truly committed to the overall purpose of the organization.
