What is Identity? For most people, they would say that it is who you are. But, it means so much more. Identity is the experiences that will influence your life. Your identity is who you are and the decisions you make. Without identity, you wouldn’t be who you are today. Your identity can change in a matter of seconds, and there is no way to ensure one's outcome In my life, I have had many events that make up my identity. One of the biggest events that have affected my life is when I had my first seizure. I was around 5 years old. It was around 5 at night, and I was at my babysitter’s house. That night when we were eating dinner, I know that I didn’t like the type of pizza it was because it was supreme. Once I had finished my breadstick, I was going to grab another one. In an instant, my babysitter, Laurie, had slapped my hand. I didn’t cry, but it did make me upset because she could have said no. After a couple of minutes, my vision got very blurry, and the only thing I could hear is a ringing noise. My body went numb, and all of a sudden everything went black. When I woke up I was on the floor with a throbbing headache. My babysitter had already called my mom, and she was already on her way to the house. My mom only worked a couple minutes away from her house so it didn’t take very long for her to get there. When she came inside the house, she looked scared. She kept asking me what happened, but I had no idea. She then grabbed a majority of my stuff and took me to the
