My field of study is the HCA (Health Care Administration) program. When I graduate in this program, I plan on working and getting all the hands on training as possible while under the wing of another until I feel as confident to go out and possibly opening up a business of my own. The type of business that I would open would sort of be like a small health care facility. To help the elderly who may not have the high income to afford the expenses it would normally cost to live in a place as such.
When it comes to working with spreadsheets, I feel as though we would use them more frequently than less to help us organize the financial aspect of my field. When dealing with clients, insurances, billing, and scheduling, I know for sure spreadsheets

Several agencies fall under the auspices of the Department of Health and Human Services. Among those agencies I felt may be of benefit to Jimmy were the Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA); the Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR); and the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ). Other governmental agencies that might have been of assistance to Jimmy are The Department of Labor (DOL) which falls under the Government Accountability Office.
I currently work for a non-profit health clinic that was specifically created to assist those in the migrant farm working community and low income families. I hope to make people from my community proud and show them that I am working for them as much as I am a part of them. I am also currently working on my MBA and getting close to graduating. Once I complete my degree I will continue on with my education and pursue a doctoral degree in economics. Education has always been very important in my life; it is
Right now, I am looking into three options: pharmacy tech, hotel and lodging, or medical support staff. With whatever choice I take, I know I will not regret it one bit. All three options help people, and that is one thing I am really passionate about: helping and giving back to people.
Services Administration (HRSA) under the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) (Knudson, Gibbens & Fischbach, 2014). These services have a wide responsibility for analyzing the effects of policy on rural communities and helps shape rural health policy in a variety of ways.
I eventually want to graduate from UNCG with my degree in recreational therapy. I know that once I do that, then I will be one step closer to accomplishing one of the many goals I have set out to conquer. Then of course I want to attend graduate school for my program and graduate with my doctorate in that field but ultimately I would like to be my own boss and have my own physical therapy practice and facilities etc. I can honestly say I see myself established in my career 5 years from now and doing what I love of course which is helping others through rehab. The population I most interested working with in the future is children. Even though they are high in energy and may be hard for them to consecrate on the activity they are doing, I feel as though they would be the most fun and easiest group to deal with. I love to see joy I bring in a child life. The satisfaction of being that individual to make a change in their life or they look up to me as a role model makes me feel like their superhero. This gives me the chance to connect with a child who has been struggling, and when they finally understand what you 're trying to teach them is most fulfilling. The book "Everything I Know About Business I Learned from the Grateful Dead: The Ten Most Innovative Lessons from a Long, Strange Trip" by Barry Barnes and John Perry Barlow is an interesting book that contain business fundamentals useful for your business. Reading this book, you are able to use information that works for
Hospice administrator is accountable to the governing body for implementing, monitoring, and reporting on program services for resolution of problems and for program improvement.
Change in any organization depends not only with its internal environment, but is also influenced by the external environment as well. One of the common road blocks that organizations has to cross through is the budget constraints. The following case study focuses on the similar issue that the Basic Health (BH) had to face in order to continue its program in providing health coverage to low-income families. BH is overseen by Health Care Authority (HCA), which is a Washington state agency that oversees seven health care programs.
There are many people that will use spreadsheets from accountants to school children, also sales people will as they are then easily able to keep an eye on their profits/commission.
Hospice care is the most graceful and peaceful part of a person’s life before passing. The
The topic I chose to write about is College of Health Services Administration. I have worked in the Medical field as a Medical Assistant for a little over 15 years and the redesign condition of health care services in the country has drastically affected the way clinics, hospitals, and insurance agencies nurture patients. Meanwhile, the price of care continues to increase which is causing many people to live with no medical coverage. Keeping cost down and developing better health care for Americans is a key issue in the political field.
I am interested in the program because I want to understand cultural traditions and international health issues. My goal is to become a Health Administrator where I can advance our country by collaborating with foreign countries to study about their health issues. I want to share what I learn around the world and assist people who are in need. In fact, America has given people an opportunity to survive compared to people in foreign countries. We have some of the most advanced medical technologies and I want to search for a way to give people in foreign countries the same opportunities. During this process, I hope to work at different hospitals overseas where I can present my ideas on how to cooperate with America’s hospitals. Furthermore, I

Prior to this course I would consider myself efficient and knowledgeable in Excel. However, I learned to use Excel for business in ways that I could never imagine. With the technological advances of our society, it is refreshing that we can utilize a software program to help us in our work and personal lives. The ability to input a formula and have a graph, chart, box plot, or histogram appear to assist you in determining your data is amazing. With this knowledge, I have already applied it in my work place and have been able show my administration visual images that assist me in getting my points across in an effective
Spreadsheets have been used by accountants for hundreds of years. Computerized or electronic spreadsheets are of much more recent origin. Information Systems oral history and some published newspaper and magazine stories celebrate Dan Bricklin as the "father" of the electronic spreadsheet. In 1978, Harvard Business School student, Daniel Bricklin, came up with the idea for an interactive visible calculator (see email from Frankston, 4/15/1999a). Bricklin and Bob Frankston then co-invented or co-created the software program VisiCalc. We can look back and recognize that VisiCalc was the first "killer" application for personal computers.
