In my previous year’s school report, I did an exceptional job in Maths, English, Science, PLP (Personal Learning Program), Humanities and P.E by achieving A’s and B’s. I believe I did an excellent job in these subjects because my attitude towards learning was brilliant, for example I concentrated on my learning, avoided distractions, put effort into my work and always tried to make my work better. Also after reading the teachers' comments on previous work, for example tips on improving and etc. I tried to follow those steps and used them as an advantage to make my work better in the future. In addition, I did not expect to achieve exceptional grades because there were numerous chapters in a number of subjects which I found difficult to accomplish. But the reason behind why I want to improve this goal right now is because once you are used to a habit it is very hard to get away from it. My strategies in achieving these goals are: by writing things down, making schedules and deadlines and always giving everything a home, for example putting a pencil or USB where they belong. In addition, after achieving this goal I believe that it will make me a better learner for example, I will have more time for myself, my friends and my family, I will achieve balance in my life and improve my professional life.
Also when reflecting on my NAPLAN results I think I did well in Numeracy and Literacy by achieving 6 bands each. Besides that I had many strengths and weakness. My strengths in literacy were that I was able to write essays and recounts really well due to my past knowledge and in numeracy my strengths were that I was really good at calculating sums and I was good at solving worded
Preparing for The Joint Commission, Nightingale Community Hospital reviews areas of compliance and non-compliance. A periodic performance review, which is a self-evaluation, is utilized by Nightingale Community Hospital, to prepare for The Joint Commission. The manager will need to ensure that they have the correct level of rapport with their employee. Too familiar in nature may be misconstrued as forward and harassing in the wrong context. However no personal rapport whatsoever may provide the receiver of the information with the impression that the sender of the information is just not interested. A fine line must be weighed up for each individual. When a good rapport has been achieved, then the person will uncritically accept suggestion or advice which they are given.
Companies find opportunities in product innovation by providing new products and services to customers. This keeps current customers interested in doing business with the company and has the potential to attract new customers. Sometimes this is done by creating new products, greatly changing an existing product or by just changing the way the current product is presented. Another form of product innovation is branding. By creating a more positive brand image a company can keep the interest of consumers.
Company Q is a corporation whose stakeholders have not placed a major emphasis on social responsibility, instead it appears that the primary focus is placed on profit. With their profits on the decline, they are shying away from opportunities to help their community. By placing a higher priority on social responsibility Company Q will have the opportunity to help the community through charitable donations, employee volunteer initiatives, and creating quality jobs for the persons who live in the community. At the same time, Company Q will can also improve their public image and potentially increase profit.
