Company X – Ethic Program Standards and Procedure 1) Dress Code – The dress code at Company X demonstrates a professional standard. Collared short or long sleeve company shirts are to be wore with khaki, brown, or black pants, and brown or black closed toed dress shoes. Females may also wear khaki, brown or black skirts or dresses that are no more than one inch above the knee. No deviations are permitted at this time. 2) Appearance – Due to our associates providing day to day services with clients, it is important that each associate present with a professional appearance as well. This will include hair that appears clean and kempt for both male and female associates. Hair that is dyed should also present in only natural shades. Tattoos should not be visible during work hours, and earrings that do not stretch or gauge the ear are limited to three per ear. No facial piercings are permitted at this time. Males with facial hair must maintain a trimmed, neat appearance that is no longer than a quarter inch in length. No deviations to these standards are permitted at this time. 3) Communication – Whenever an associate is presented with a question or concern, it is recommended that they use their direct chain of command to solve any issues at the lowest possible level to help maintain day to day functions …show more content…

Behaviors that are aligned with the standards set by Company X include loyalty to clients, respecting all co-workers and clients, and integrity to do what is right on a daily basis. By demonstrating these behaviors, each and every day Company X will be able to provide high quality service due to the positive actions of our associates.
