The Century National Bank has branches in several cities primarily in the Midwest and Southeastern part of the United States, but smaller offices and branches are distributed throughout most states. Mr. John Zobus, President and CEO, would like to know the characteristics of the checking account customers, such as: What is the balance of the typical customer? Or: How many other bank services do the checking account customers use? Do the customers use the ATM service, and, if so, how often? What about debit cards? Who uses them and how often are they used? S:AB stated that she feels much better now that her parents know about the cuts. Thank you for your comment, hoping I understood you correctly, but it sounds like OPM is the weakest link. OPM is the personnel management of civil service government, and they are responsible for government offices. The question lies if they are not functioning or operating effectively then, is this the prime reason(s), some of those agencies decided to separate from OPM? This is very interesting because I was not aware that OPM have major challenges until six months ago. Most information about OPM challenges are from classmates and class discussions.
