significant role in any business. The law serves as the control of quality. It is used as a tool
that inspects whether or not the business serves its function appropriately or not, whether

convention, or national or international legislation, governing the dealings involving persons

Based on what I read Dr. Bob's First Amendment infringed when he was denied a permit for the demonstration. Dr. Bob went to a lot of trouble to get the permit but for some unknown reason, he was denied by the local official. On the other hand, Bill W. had been organized these illegal protest right in front of Dr. Bob clinic for a period of time but he was never charged or reprimand.
