I chose a web article discussing the facts of a real life business law ethics dilemma that involves something about 99 percent of society has today. Ten years ago it was a simple flip and few keys to make phone calls or a simplistic text message; today it has evolved into a hand held computer with advances that never would have been imagined. Phones are used in business to make clientele list, web videoing with clients, setting appointments endless uses. Cell phones have become an integral part of communication in businesses. Sales departments, field workers and traveling employees use them to communicate with the firm or with clients. Global Positioning Service allows you to take work into the field and become mobile. They fill an important void in distance communication used by appointments face to face. On the other hand cell phones do present some challenges for quality business organizations. Or in this case can lead to the conviction of a criminal who committed murder. Three possible theories of ethical thought are possible in this case. The first being teological ethics which is theory of morals that derives responsibility or ethical obligation from what is good or desirable as an end to be achieved .
